The Affirmation Cards
The "I Am ..." affirmation cards were created during a challenging period of life for the founder Sandra Afflick. She recognised that her mental health needed a 'pick me up' and so she set her mind to creating a tool to support her mental wellbeing. From this the I Am ... affirmation cards were born!
Available for both men and women, the 30 affirmation cards have been individually designed to support and nurture you during your wellness journey!

Being a great believer that our '5 senses' play an integral part in our emotional processing, the affirmation cards incorporate each of the senses in order to support the I Am ... statement's. Tapping into all 5 senses will also be a common thread throughout all the products and services to come.
